Three private property transactions were recently recorded nearby, a condominium at The Crest along Prince Charles Crescent was sold for 2.55 million, an apartment at Artra along Alexandra View was sold for 2.75 million and a condominium at Central Green Condominium along Jalan Membina was sold for 2.21 million.
