The recent HDB transaction surpassed the previous record high for executive flats in Kallang/whampoa. In August 2024, an executive at 46 Bendemeer Road was sold for $1.32 million ($839 psf). That flat measures 1,572 sq ft and is located on the 19th to 21st storeys. Both flats started their lease in 1994.

These two resale transactions surpassed 2024's record high of $1.2 million ($758 psf), which was set by a flat that is located at 48 Bendemeer Rd. That unit was sold in May 2024. The flat measures 1,582 sq ft. It is located on the 7th to 9th storeys.

Two private property transactions were recently recorded nearby, an apartment of 1,496 square feet at The Arcady At Boon Keng along Saint Barnabas Lane was sold for $3.61 million and an 1,323 square feet apartment at Myra along Meyappa Chettiar Road was sold for $3.25 million.
